Two minutes of setup, once. After that you open it and read the list.
Driving times need a TomTom API key. It is free, it takes a minute to create, and the app asks for it the first time you open it. The key is kept in the iPhone Keychain and never leaves your phone except to talk to TomTom.
Train times come from iRail and need no key at all.
